    Many of you have said its difficult to reach that transcendent, still place within, in
    your own meditation practice.  These Wednesdays offer Unique and easy guided
    meditations to tune into your inner guidance center and the realms beyond!  Take a
    breather from your hectic week, disconnect from the outside world for a little while
    and tune in without wires! Get ready for relaxation, recharge and inspiration for

  1. March 10th: "Ancient Island of Healing Meditation"- Sometimes we just need to
    get away from it all, and take a little vacation from the stress in our harried lives-
    If you haven't been able to get away on a real vacation, Diana will take you on a
    guided journey to a tropical island, where healing and magic is in the air to de-stress
    and renew you.
    2.   April 14th:    "Healing Temple Meditation"- Diana leads you on a guided journey
    to the healing temple, where you experience being bathed in shafts of light-  healing
    you on both the physical and spiritual levels.  
    3.  May 12th:  "The Seed Meditation" - Is there a new quality within yourself that
      you are cultivating? a new project that is calling out to you?  
    This guided meditation  will  bring you insightful ideas & guidance about the new
    direction you are headed, and the needed motivational boost to get started.
    4.  May 26th: "Release Stress and Live in Harmony" - a process shared by
    DickSutphen, in which Diana leads you safely to a deeper state of consciousness,
    where you are more open to receiving suggestions which erase the negative
    programming you've been taught, and replace it with affirmations that create a new,
    peaceful, in charge you- watch out! I was surprised how powerful this one has been
    for me, even just in leading it, I have had tremendous results!

  • FULL MOON Release & Renewal Workshop :

    We all have periods of change and upheaval in our lives. We mourn, or feel guilty
    about events in the past. . . At times it is difficult to move on; we may feel powerless
    and we don't know which direction to take. This workshop offers you a chance to
    create closure on a negative chapter in your life in a supportive and confidential
    atmosphere.  Is it time to heal & gain completion from a prior relationship, or say
    good-bye to an old behavior pattern, to make room for new exciting possibilities in
    your life?   Diana will lead you in a guided meditation to gain your own insights
    about current life situations from a higher self point of view.  We will take part in  
    a Release and Renewal Ceremony to release the attachment to painful experiences
    and put them in the past, and then experience a powerful visualization of what we
    are creating next for our lives.  This date was chosen because it is a Full Moon, and
